Annisha Chakravorty founded Positive Influence Incorporated with a clear vision: to help leaders build new pathways to success by elevating their teams. With over 15 years of experience, she understands that culture is the foundation for transformative change. Her expertise has been instrumental in guiding billion-dollar capital projects to reset their course through strategic collaboration, uniting diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals. Annisha believes that true organizational growth occurs when people are empowered to thrive and develop as leaders, creating a workplace where high performance and personal growth are equally valued. Her work spans multiple industries, including hydroelectric, government, utilities, oil and gas, and retail, where she has implemented multi-level culture programs that drive real, measurable change from frontline staff to executives. By deploying a team of skilled consultants, she helps organizations accelerate progress, ensuring they not only meet but exceed their strategic goals.

Helen is highly skilled in both individual and team coaching, holding credentials from prestigious institutions such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Global Team Coaching Institute. She has designed and delivered numerous leadership development programs and workshops focused on team effectiveness, strategic planning, and coaching skills for leaders. With decades of HR leadership experience, Helen has led talent acquisition, talent management, and employee experience initiatives for major organizations globally, including ATCO, LUMA Energy, Suncor, Talisman and Randstad. She has been a coach to leaders from around the world, in organizations such as Google, Hubspot, Amazon, ABN AMRO, Coca Cola, Stanford University, HelloFresh and Ernst & Young.
Throughout her career, she has consistently driven results by building and fostering strong relationships, embracing a pragmatic approach, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. Her strategic HR leadership roles have allowed her to work closely with business leaders to design and implement enterprise-wide talent programs and practices, that significantly elevated organizational performance.

Robin has trained with Roger Schwarz, one of the leading academics in facilitation, Sam Kaner PhD., author and expert on multi-stakeholder engagements, and ICA Associates Inc., responsible for developing the Technology of Participation (ToPTM) methods used throughout the world. She is also certified to teach ToPTM participatory methods.
Robin established Parsons Dialogue in 2014 and is a ‘go to’ facilitator for Lead2Perform and North Star Facilitators and is a licensed facilitation skills instructor for ICA Associates Inc.. Robin has delivered hundreds of facilitated events across a range of industries and client types. Some recent clients include Alberta Innovates, The City of Lethbridge, Hull Services, GLJ Petroleum Consultants, Horizon Housing, Canadian Bar Association (Alberta branch).

Recently, Vanessa has been instrumental in delivering a comprehensive change management program for the Civic Building Projects department of a prominent municipality in British Columbia. This initiative includes designing a learning and skills development pathway, supporting leadership development workshops, creating training materials, and working closely with the client to establish a core competency framework for their project management team.
In addition, Vanessa has recently supported a multi-tier culture transformation program for a utilities company in Manitoba. She spearheaded the creation of a “Culture Experience Group”, designed to integrate enterprise culture and value models into frontline operations. In this program, Vanessa works closely with frontline staff to understand the cultural transformation at the ground level, gather critical feedback for higher-level decision-makers, and develop culture communication and recognition initiatives to embed cultural values across all levels of the organization.
Vanessa's expertise also includes previous work supporting supply chain transformations at a REIT with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio, where she achieved substantial cost savings. With a solid foundation in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and fostering interdepartmental collaboration, Vanessa continues to support organizations in transforming their culture and processes for long-term success. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Calgary and is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner.

Coral's extensive experience in OE and Talent Management leadership roles includes significant contributions at Nexen during its transition to CNOOC Ltd. As GM of the Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness team, she supported the executive team in navigating cultural transformations, reorganizations, and integration initiatives.
In addition to her corporate work, she teaches team effectiveness and leadership courses for the University of Calgary’s Continuing Education program. Coral collaborates with leaders across North America to enhance performance and achieve results through team engagement during periods of change.

Her exceptional communication skills, coupled with her ability to organize and collaborate effectively, have consistently driven successful outcomes in her projects. She thrives in dynamic and evolving environments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability at every turn.
One of Keena's standout qualities is her passion for creating operational efficiencies. She is constantly seeking innovative ways to streamline processes and enhance productivity, benefiting both her teams and the organizations she serves.
She is an award-winning communication and marketing professional with proven success designing and launching global employee and volunteer programs as well as enterprise-wide communications and marketing campaigns for companies including OMERS (pension) and EY (global audit and consulting firm).
Chor sits on the board of Tellent and holds both an MBA and MA (Clinical Psychology).

She works with clients from the beginning of a project – visioning stage to the end of a project – building commissioning. She has raised substantial funds from various government levels for her project, raising over $1.2 billion in funding from governments and the private sector. Some of her notable projects include the YW Hub facility, Sheriff King Shelter and Affordable Housing projects, Red Crow Community College, Issoitapi Elementary School, Trellis Affordable Housing Project and the Calgary Drop-In Centre renovations.
In her spare time, Lori is the Chair of Glenbow overseeing a $205 million renovation project and is a Governor for Athabasca University. She works diligently with her all clients to build community together.
