Her leadership style is grounded in building strong relationships, pragmatic problem-solving, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement, ensuring long-lasting results for her clients.

Helen is highly skilled in both individual and team coaching, holding credentials from prestigious institutions such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Global Team Coaching Institute. She has designed and delivered numerous leadership development programs and workshops focused on team effectiveness, strategic planning, and coaching skills for leaders. Robin Parsons, MBA, CPF, CTF

Robin Parsons is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Certified ToP(TM) Facilitator (CTF) and a strategic thinker with more than 25 years experience. She has an MBA, a B.Comm and is a Communications and Advertising Accredited Professional (CAAP). Robin has led strategic planning & business intelligence teams at Devon Energy and Bell Canada and taught marketing and business policy at Red Deer College. In these roles, Robin has facilitated discussions with executive teams, management teams, project teams, student classrooms, external partners, marketing teams and sales organizations.

Robin has trained with Roger Schwarz, one of the leading academics in facilitation, Sam Kaner PhD., author and expert on multi-stakeholder engagements, and ICA Associates Inc., responsible for developing the Technology of Participation (ToPTM) methods used throughout the world. She is also certified to teach ToPTM participatory methods.

Robin established Parsons Dialogue in 2014 and is a ‘go to’ facilitator for Lead2Perform and North Star Facilitators and is a licensed facilitation skills instructor for ICA Associates Inc.. Robin has delivered hundreds of facilitated events across a range of industries and client types. Lori Van Rooijen, BA. BEd., M.L.I.S

Lori is a seasoned project manager with over 35 years of experience in managing and delivering impactful community projects. Lori is the CEO of the Larkspur Projects, a practice focused on the development of creative strategies to support the successful delivery of complex capital projects largely in the public/not for profit sector.

She works with clients from the beginning of a project – visioning stage to the end of a project – building commissioning. She has raised substantial funds from various government levels for her project, raising over $1.2 billion in funding from governments and the private sector. Some of her notable projects include the YW Hub facility, Sheriff King Shelter and Affordable Housing projects, Red Crow Community College, Issoitapi Elementary School, Trellis Affordable Housing Project and the Calgary Drop-In Centre renovations.
